Weekend in Blackduck

This past Sunday part of the family traveled to Great Gramma and Grampa’s house to put in some fence posts. The weather was perfect and the mosquitoes didn’t eat too much. While it was harder work for the men the kids managed to have a ball doing things kids have been doing forever.  Here are a few pictures of our day.

It was a good day! We got allot accomplished and had a great time doing it..plus yummy burgers on the grill and potato salad and well, we’ll be going back!!

THIS IS THE BLOG I SHOULD HAVE POSTED AFTER LAST WEEKEND IN FARGO.

Since I had a three day weekend, Dave, Barb and the boys and I went to Fargo to see Shyla and Raleigh and Leah and to go to the famous Rib Fest they have at the Fargo Dome every year. Here are some photo’s I took of our adventure!

This was the second day and it was about 40 degrees colder but we ate ribs and corn and deep fried oreos, deep fried cheese cake….oh my was it ever good. This got my son Dave and i talking about creating our own rib rub.
